The 6th International Bioeconomy Congress aims to support the development of bioeconomy in the Bioregions of Central and Eastern Europe. The issues to be discussed this year include the battle against smog, digitization in closed cycle, modern technologies in bioeconomy, high-quality food and the EXPO Horticultural exhibition organised by the City of Lodz.

This year’s Congress will be a gathering of 800 participants, including experts from local governments and regulatory bodies, representatives of business, academia and NGOs. The key purpose of the Congress is to enable the exchange of experience and knowledge between Bioregions of Central and Eastern Europe and to increase the share of industry in the local bioeconomy and programs, as well as to support the development of bioeconomy on the national level.
