TexCycle comprises the textile recovery initiatives provided by Eurotex Ltd which extend the life of clothing, footwear and other textiles through collection, sorting, reuse, repair, redistribution and recycling. TexCycle provides textile recovery solutions that divert textile waste from landfill and keep valuable materials in circulation for as long as possible.  

TexCycle operates an extensive network of textile collection containers, making it easy for individuals, businesses and public authorities to separate unwanted textiles from general waste. 

Items collected in various countries including Bulgaria are manually assessed and directed to the highest-value recovery option. Priority is given to reuse as second hand clothing or cleaning cloths. Next comes recycling: they have established a frayed fibre recovery facility, which breaks textiles down into mixtures of fibres which can be processed into yarns or non-woven materials suitable for insulation or felt. The goal is to turn textile waste into a mainstream raw material. The last option is energy recovery, where the waste is shredded or processed for use in energy-intensive industries. 

TexCycle also offers collection services for large volumes of textile waste and donates reusable clothing to people in need through partnerships with municipalities and social welfare organisations.
