It focuses on operational evidence, chain-of-custody records, material-flow documentation, destination evidence, limitation notes and supported circularity claims.

The toolkit is intended for non-EU suppliers, European buyers, procurement teams, compliance stakeholders and circular economy programmes needing clearer documentation on circular operations, secondary materials, reuse, recycling, waste management and supplier review.

It includes:
