VAIVÉN 2023: Circular Economy Festival is a forum for meeting, dialogue and exchange space designed to promote and celebrate the progress of the circular economy in the Latin American and Caribbean region, a hybrid event that brings together key actors in the region to generate exchanges building bridges towards circularity. 

Since its inception in 2020, it has been a continuous event in close collaboration with the Konrad Adenauer Foundation’s Regional Energy Security and Climate Change Programme.

VAIVÉN 2023 will be held in San José (Costa Rica) on 9 and 10 October 2023.
