The ECESP Leadership Group on Textiles organised the #EUCircularTalks event on Circular textile policies: implementation, challenges and the role of the Circular Economy Act. 

This webinar aimed to assess the state of play of circular textile policies in the EU, examining progress made, existing gaps and next steps.

To achieve a truly circular economy, citizen engagement must move from the margins to the mainstream. This EU Circular Talk explored how we can embed circular thinking into everyday life through communication, education and practical tools that empower people to act.

Speakers and participants examined practical pathways to build understanding, shift mindsets and accelerate the circular transition—one citizen at a time.

What is the situation of bio-waste management across Europe, one year after the entry into force of the European sorting obligation? Has the mandate had the desired effects? What is the future scenario?

This EUCT aimed to assess the status of municipal bio-waste separate collection in Europe and discuss what needs to be done to initiate a real revolution in bio-waste management on the continent.

This webinar introduced the One Health concept and highlighted the interconnectedness of human, animal and environmental health. 

It also explored the EU's Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS) and showed how it can help healthcare centres reduce their environmental impact and contribute to the circular economy.

This WCEF2025 accelerator session explored innovative mechanisms for enhancing and protecting natural ecosystems, in accordance with COP16 commitments and global sustainability goals.

Shifting mindsets is just as crucial as setting criteria when it comes to circular procurement. How can we move beyond compliance-driven approaches and embed circular thinking into procurement strategies? This #EUCircularTalks event hosted by the ECESP Leadership Group on Circular Procurement and EU Competitiveness explored these topics.
