AIMPLAS, the Plastics Technology Centre, has created its own trademark to certify that reusable food packaging is safe and retains its properties after repeated washings. The trademark responds to companies’ need to adapt their products to regulations promoting the circular economy in order to acquire a market advantage.

Medwaves, the UNEP/MAP Regional Activity Centre for Sustainable Consumption and Production, is about to launch the Switchers Policy Hub, a space for policymakers aiming to enable the transition towards a green and circular economy in the Mediterranean region.

The European Commission would like to hear your views on the initiative "Circular economy – revision of the monitoring framework". This call for evidence will be open for feedback until 3 June 2022. Your input will be taken into account when developing and finetuning the initiative.
