The Ham trick (kinkkutemppu in Finnish) is a consumer campaign organised in 2016 and 2017 in Finland during the Christmas period.
This cross-sectoral co-operation with Finnish companies and organisations aimed at bringing the concept of circular economy closer to consumers, advising about recycling and avoiding that the drains were choked by excess fat at Christmas.
The “Every Can Counts” programme aims to improve recycling by enabling and encouraging people to recycle drinks cans used outside the home (e.g. workplaces, festivals, tourist locations, etc.).
The CircularLab is an innovation centre, focusing on developing innovative solutions to waste management. Based in La Rioja, it works with universities, technological centres, businesses and public authorities around the world to drive innovation in the circular economy and recycling.
