Circular Norway is a politically independent organisation that works nationally to transform a linear to a circular economy. On behalf of its members, the association works politically to strengthen framework conditions and increase the pace of change.
Circular Norway helps its members to make better use of their resources and strengthens their competitiveness in the national and international market. Through practical help, expertise and knowledge networks, it makes the transition to a circular economy both easier and more profitable.

Circular Oslo promotes multi-stakeholder collaboration to accelerate the circular transition in the Oslo Region.
It does so by sharing knowledge and expertise for reduced material consumption, while supporting regional activities with a positive social, economic and environmental impact.

Circular Pointis a service hub providing circular economy solutions for companies and organisations. It was set up by Geonardo, a company which aims to solve complex societal challenges by providing cutting-edge solutions.
Circular Point aims to make its clients more profitable and efficient, while creating a positive environmental, social and consumer impact.
It offers training sessions for companies during which the company's employees are taught how to apply circular principles to its operations, improving both its environmental and financial performance. The hub also works with institutions, local governments and NGOs, showing them how to go circular and convince their target audience of the merits of this shift, and with individuals.
Circular Regions is a digital platform mapping circular case studies.
It has developed a suite of practical and effective tools to help organisations in the circular economy and related areas, such as bio-economy, social economy, regenerative economy and carbon neutrality, to catalogue, categorise, contextualise and connect data and resources.
It maps circular case studies, including business models, strategies, policies, economic incentives and educational and behavioural shift resource, utilising a holistic framework.
It bridges bottom-up and top-down circular economy approaches alongside their partners in the north and south through mission-oriented, data-driven solutions to empower individuals and organisations.
The innovation cluster Circular Saxony aims to re-design products and processes in line with circularity and sustainability, while lowering the costs of society's transformation towards climate neutrality.
It brings together industry, research and policy representatives in thematic working groups which will work on practical solutions within the region of Saxony.

Circular Slovakia is a public-private platform which aims to promote the circular economy in Slovakia.
It brings together businesses, government and knowledge institutions, associations and NGOs with the ambition of accelerating the transition to a greener and circular Slovakia.
It was set up in 2018, and now has 70 members, carried out 20 activities just in 2023 (such as specialist webinars, circular breakfasts, a circular summit, networking events, podcasts and working group meetings) and has produced five tools (such as the Circular Check and the Circular Academy) and a number of publications.
Circular Slovakia's main principle is cooperation: it wants to help stakeholders work together rather than working against each other.
Circular Sweden wants to help deliver on this goal. It is a corporate forum keen to make material flows more circular.
It focuses on technological development, consumer behaviour and policy, against the backdrop of circular design, sustainable consumption, increased access to and use of recycled materials, and circular value chains. Circular Sweden is a forum where businesses, policy makers and researchers can discuss obstacles and opportunities.
Its members influence major material flows or are active in enacting circularity. It organises roundtable conversations, reports and media activities. Workshops and strategy meetings aim to create synergies, spread good practices and find ways for companies to create more circular material flows.
Circular Valley aims to establish a future-oriented circular economy.
It was founded in 2021, and already over 100 startups from all around the world have participated in its Circular Economy Accelerator.
It is funded by the North-Rhine-Westphalian Ministry of the Economy with a view to leveraging and developing the region's strengths through innovative circular economy concepts, products and business models.
Members can connect up with 140+ partners from industry, R&D and government from the Circular Valley network. The platform also organises expert workshops, tailor-made training sessions and an intensive coaching and mentoring programme.
CircularPSP brings together eight leading Circular Economy cities, representing 45 million people. Its focus ispre-commercial procurement (PCP).
It has invested EUR 5.64 million in R&D and provides training and holds conferences. The procurers represent a number of European countries, including capitals with strong global outreach (Berlin, Helsinki, London and Istanbul).
Its goal is to design, develop and test an innovative ‘circular economy solution’ that enables municipalities and their staff as well as businesses in the local economy to apply circular practices more quickly, frequently, widely and effectively.
Other cities, regions, government organisations, public procurers and projects are encouraged to become part of the Follower Network.
The Circulars Accelerator is a six-month programme connecting up innovators and entrepreneurs with cross-industry leaders and circular experts.
It provides expert mentorship and targeted business advice, supporting innovators as they rethink their approaches and scale up their circular solutions. It enrolls a cohort of early to growth stage innovators in need of specialised, tailored support to accelerate their journey.
Its position is that building the circular economy requires disruptive innovative solutions that transform industries and value chains. Individual companies with innovative solutions cannot deliver the change needed, so delivering on the circular economy requires collaboration across the ecosystem.
