The Circular Republic Festival 2025 (#CRF25) will focus on Build Your Competitive Advantage. 

It will explore how circular practices can reshape industries and create resilience in the face of resource scarcity and climate challenges. There will be keynote addresses, hands-on workshops and tailored recommendations to help integrate circular principles into business strategies.

The 2nd World Congress on Recycling and Waste Management will explore Leading the way in advanced recycling and waste management practices.

It will foster awareness and encourage sustainable practices promoting an eco-friendly environment, delving into advanced topics in recycling and waste management, with the participation of researchers, ecologists, environmental experts and professionals in chemical, civil and mechanical engineering, environmental science and recycling.

DECISO (DEvelopers of CIrcular SOlutions) is a Horizon Europe project running from 2023 to 2025 which will assist European cities and regions with developing financing schemes for circular economy initiatives. This year, its annual conference will focus on Cities and regions investing in circular solutions: from idea to practice.

The Climate Change Summit (CCS), the largest event in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) to focus on climate solutions, will bring together leaders in climate innovation, policy, entrepreneurship and government to discuss climate action and green economy opportunities. 

Experts will work together to identify local and regional solutions for a sustainable future.

Re-think Taranto 2024 will explore macro-trends, possible evolutionary paths and key circular economy projects at local, national and international level.

The event will focus on Energy transition and sustainable mobility, Water management and the blue economy and Using materials and waste.

CEWEP, the Confederation of European Waste-to-Energy Plants, will be holding its international conference on residues from waste-to-energy on 25 September in Mechelen, Belgium. Residue experts from across Europe will tackle topics such as environmental contribution, residue utilisation and material recovery.

There will be ample opportunity for networking during the breaks and the buffet on the evening of 25 September. On 26 September, participants can visit Indaver’s ash treatment facility.

FEAD, the European Waste Management Association and CAObH, the Czech Circular Economy Association, will be holding an in-person conference in Prague on 31 October. It will bring together industry leaders, policy makers and experts to discuss key topics in the waste sector, including energy, recycling, climate and economy, and water.
