The European community PACCT for Sustainability (Product-as-a-service to Accelerate Cooperation and Circular Transformation) will host a new webinar on 16 May 2024 (from 10:30 to 12:00 CEST) dedicated to Circular Light-as-a-Service and the links with environmental impacts & financing. Participants to the workshop will be able to interact with BASE, CHG Meridian and ETAP, who will be sharing their experience in operating product-as-a-service models.

Stakeholder engagement is crucial for organisations to understand, address and balance the interests and expectations of various stakeholders.

The LIFE programme is the EU’s funding instrument for the environment and climate action. Created in 1992, it has co-financed thousands of projects. The LIFE programme 2021-2027 is managed by the European Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency and has a budget of EUR 5.4 billion.

All of this and more will be presented at the EU LIFE24 Info Days event. The comprehensive programme will cover issues such as LIFE calls for proposals - application and evaluation, Climate Mitigation and Adaptation, Circular Economy and Quality of Life and Introduction to LIFE Clean Energy Transition. Cradle to Cradle NGO invites 1000 participants to come to the International Cradle to Cradle Congress C2CC25 in Berlin, on 13-14 March.

There will be panel discussions with high-profile speakers from business, politics and science, good practices from established companies and start-ups, inspiring keynote speeches about the circular transformation of society and opportunities for networking.

C2C NGO aims to speed up the deployment of the Cradle to Cradle concept.

It encourages organisations and individuals to rethink and transform, and brings business, science, education, politics, culture and civil society together. It carries its message to all parts of society and is active in public debate.

It has volunteers throughout Germany, who advocate for the idea of Cradle to Cradle. Its Congress is the world’s largest C2C platform: every year, over 1 000 participants from the C2C community meet there with key figures from science, business and politics. Forums, lectures and workshops are an opportunity to discuss matters and network.

C2C has also established the C2C LAB in Berlin: a living laboratory for circular innovation in housing.

The European Commission is asking for people's views on the proposed Horizon Europe work programme for 2025.

Responses submitted through the survey will help shape the main 2025 work programme. The survey will be open until noon CEST on 6 May 2024.
