The Nordic Circular Summit is the largest annual conference on the circular economy in the Nordics, a gathering point for changemakers, policymakers, researchers and businesses driving the transition to a regenerative circular economy.
In addition to fruitful discussions, this event will feature a series of interactive workshops fostering dialogue between policymakers, researchers and industry representatives. The three workshops will explore key governance challenges surrounding DPP data management, data models, interoperability and policy compliance, along with DPP policies that affect the economics of green solutions.
The workshop will bring together EU policymakers, researchers and construction stakeholders to explore how innovative materials, digital technologies and reuse strategies can together advance circularity in Europe’s built environment.
It aims to mirror the circular lifecycle of materials, from innovation and data acquisition to reuse and regeneration, and show how circular economy principles can be embedded into the construction sector.
The Konsum – Reset (consumer reset) art exhibition and workshop will take place in Vienna, in connection with the European Week for Waste Reduction (EWWR 2025) and SDG 12 – Responsible Consumption and Production. It will encourage people to reconsider consumption habits and engage in practical steps toward sustainable lifestyles.
ReSBE 2026 aims to redefine how the built environment is designed, constructed, operated and renewed. It will bring together researchers, practitioners, innovators and policymakers to explore transformative solutions for a regenerative future.
Participants will gain insights across circular design and construction, digitalisation and innovation, lifecycle assessment and metrics, climate adaptation and resilience, policy and governance, market transformation, and society and education.
Tech4Biowaste (A DYNAMIC DATABASE OF RELEVANT TECHNOLOGIES OF BIO-WASTE UTILISATION) was an EU-funded project which created a database providing a comprehensive technology overview for the valorisation of bio-waste. Businesses can promote their technologies and stakeholders can search for the most appropriate technology for their particular feedstock.
