The social enterprise Closing the Loop (CTL) offers circular telecom services to organizations in Europe - such as ING Bank or the Dutch government – that enable customers to reduce and "offset" the footprint of their telecom policies. We do this by collecting scrap phones in Africa, on behalf of our customers. The positive impact of this collection and recycling is used by our customers to offset the footprint of mobile phones being used in their company.
