On 1 December 2022, Commissioner Mariya Gabriel launched the largest public consultation ever held on the past, present and future of the Horizon Framework Programmes 2014-2027.
The consultation will be open until 23 February 2023.
The World Circular Economy Forum 2023 will be held in Helsinki from 30 May to 2 June 2023. This global collaboration forum is co-organised by Finnish Innovation Fund Sitra and Nordic Innovation, with international partners. It will attract more than 2 000 leading circular economy players in the world to Finland to find circular solutions that can help our economies fit within the boundaries of nature. Part of the programme will also be accessible online.

The European Commission is launching a call for applications for members for the new mandate of the Platform on Sustainable Finance. The next Platform’s mandate will run from Q1 2023 to Q4 2024. The future Platform will consist of maximum 35 members, up to 28 of whom will be selected through this call for applications.
